Influences: Every good song that I have ever heard has influenced me. Take your pick! But I guess the biggest influence was my mother Debbie Lane who was one of the favorite Jazz Singers of her time. Frank Sinatra would sit and listen to her sing at a music venue called Jillies in NYC and would not let anyone talk to him, till she was finished singing. The best thing about her besides her entertaining abilities was that she was as real as real gets. She would talk kindly to everyone and would never say a bad thing about anyone. She also always did really great things for people in need, of which I will not go into here. In memory of a great American Singer, Debbie Lane.
I don't want to list other influences because there would be too many to list. Ask me and I will tell. But I will say this, Steve Perry is on the top of my list as far as singers go. The man can sing!
