Hi, we're a group of (relatively) young musicians from Poland, dedicated to playing traditional Irish music in the traditional way. Each of us has his or her own experiences and influences; Michal is an accomplished and renowned expert in Breton and Polish traditional music, Kasia, apart from Irish trad, also finds refuge and pleasure in Indian raga and other musical styles, and Janek has a day job. We are joined by Bartek, a bodhran player, known from a legendary Polish group the Reelium.Our big goal is to play what we know - but also to know what we play. Our approach to music is shaped by careful studies of sources and styles, discussions with musicians, as well as extensive experience in musical sessions.We hope that you'll enjoy our music.
