At this level of production, we are about the 44th largest brewery in the country. We brew all of our beers using no preservatives or adjuncts, and our beer is never pasteurized. For this reason, we date-stamp each bottle we produce. The fresher the beer, the better the beer.We make our beer and root beer under the supervision of the Metropolitan Rabbinical Kashrus Association. They are strictly kosher, and may be consumed by the observer of kashrus. The Old Dominion Brewpub is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
