W.I.D.T.H. stands for Walking In Divine & Total Health for God. W.I.D.T.H. is a health ministry to help the community overcome unhealthy problems. 1 Corinthians 6:19 says" Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?" The Goverment says that more than 60% of Americans are overweight. How can you do the will of God if your body isn't healthy? I am a Christian Personal Trainer and #1 Drug-free Benchpresser in Kentucky. I have competed in the following states: KY, OH, IN, WV, VA, IA, MO, NC & TN. I'm currently training at the REVOLUTION FITNESS CENTER. The address is 828 Lane Allen Rd, Ste 140, Lexington, KY. 40505. I charge $40/session. Membership to the gm is $25/month.
