Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you?. Be strong and courageous, do not be terrified, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go!.Proverbs 30:5Every word of God is Flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
Many People today hear the word of God, and choose to understand it, obey it, or turn away from it. I know why we as Christians obey and understand, yet i also know why people turn away. I have met and known many unbelievers in my life and including here on Myspace. All of them seem to have unanswered questions about God, having doubts, and hesitation. Sometimes unbelievers decide on themselves their own perception of what Christianity may be. Here are just some of the things I've heard. "We always have go to church??, we always have to read the bible? Its seems like Christianity is more of guidelines, and having strict morals?" Brothers and Sisters I tell you this, all of these are important in the Christian Faith without a doubt. But whats important is to not always think of Christianity as something you are forced to follow, or something you feel your are burdened by,rather yet something you give, receive and be blessed with. You give what God has given you, you receive what God has prepared for you, and you are blessed with what God has promised you, and that is eternal life with our father in heaven. God has given us a chance to know of him, to follow him, to be guided by him. It is up to us to know the lengths he had gone through to let us see this salvation. In his own image he sent his son Jesus Christ whom was human, to not only be whipped, beat, but Crucified. Jesus Christ knew the price he had to pay to relieve our burdens onto him, to wash our sins so we may have a brighter day. He knew the pain he was to endure, the suffering he would go through. But despite all this, did he turn away from God?, Did he choose not to go through this? Instead he did not budge and like a rock he stood and willingly was put on the cross for us. Through this we should be able to see the PRICE that was paid for us, whom was in Jesus Christ alone. What was said about him through the prophets was that the Son of Man was to come and spread his good word, be betrayed, put to death, and raised again from the dead after three days. With his Resurrection there is meaning and truth of what he did, and why he did it. That is the kind of God we have, loving, forgiving, and above all everlasting.
"When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left "Then the King will say to those on his right, ..Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' "Then the righteous will answer him, ..Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?' "The King will reply, ..I tell you the truth, whatever you did to others in life, you did to me.' (verse 40) "Then he will say to those on his left, ..Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.' "They also will answer, ..Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?' "He will reply, ..I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do to one of the least of these, you did not do to me.' (verse 45) "Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.
