Achievements include: Performing with national acts such as Fear Factory; Korn; Powerman 5000; Papa Roach; Snot; Static-X; System of a Down; Vision of Disorder; Spineshank; Coal Chamber; Pressure 4-5; Zebrahead; Puya; and Neurosis, My Ruin and Otep, just to name a few.The Abuse has been featured on a Slamm Magazine's Music Showcase as co/headliners with Lucy's Fur Coat.They competed as Regional Semi-Finalists in Sam Goody's "Bandemonium" Ultimate Band Search. They are one of two bands chosen to represent Southern California. More recently, The Abuse has performed with Korn's Sick and Twisted Tour. And more recently, opened for Fear Factory on their warm up for the Snow Core Tour and for 40 Below Summer. They are also a featured artist on Rock 105.3's Another State of Mind and Australian Radio show "Metal Chamber" where they are currently being flooded for requests to play music by The Abuse. The Abuse also participated in Rock for Relief to raise funds for families stricken by the recent terrorist attacks, and has organized a Benefit show "Milk Money" for the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Foundation
