"Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds." -Albert Einstein

I'd like to meet:

Morrissey ...and anyone else who's got a ticket to the 'clue' bus. *****************************************************

I'm happy to add people as 'Friends' who remember their manners. Otherwise, you get edited out quicker than you can say, "delete".

Music:

Oh hell yeah! Let's see, there's...the Smiths, Morrissey, New Order, Joy Division, Stone Roses, Yeah, yeah, yeah's, Muse, Sonic Youth, Souxie and the Banshees, Portishead, Bjork, Sinade O'Connor, David Bowie, Brian Ferry, Roxy Music, the Cramps, Faith No More, the Clash, Blondie, Queen, Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, Aldo Nova, B.A.D., Yaz, Book of Love, the Pixies, Chevelle, the Cure, Pearl Jam, Sound Garden, Guns and Roses, Motley Crue, Neil Young, Candlebox, Def Leppard, Poison, Ratt, Dokken, Quiet Riot (no, I'm serious), Lou Reed, Led Zepplin, Billie Holliday, Chet Baker, Toledo, Jimi Hendrix, the Zombes, Alice In Chains, STP, Fuel, the Cult, AC/DC, KISS, Lou Rauls, any sound tracks from John Hughes movies, the Pretenders, Georgie Case and the Flatland Drummers, LiVE, and all kinds of Classical. But mostly I love STEALING VENUS and PROHIBITION ROSE!

"Onstage, I make love to 25,000 people, then I go home alone." -- Janis Joplin

Movies:

I'll go as soon as they stop REMAKING movies that have already been done well in the first place. With the exception of: Crash, anything made by Stanley Kubrick, Taxi Driver, Let's Get Lost (With Chet Baker), The Professional, La Fem Nikita (the original, not the horrible one with Bridget Fonda), Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Adams Family (probably one of the only remakes I've ever enjoyed) Pipi Longstockings, Office Space, Edward Scissorhands, Ed Wood, Nightmare Before Christmas, Where the Buffalo Roam, It's a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation, Ferris Buelers Day Off, Powder, Baghdad Cafe, Blue (not the Derek Jarman one on the blue screen that nobody gets but pretends to so they can appear "artsy")The Cook, the Thief, his Wife and Her Lover, Blue Velvet, Escape to Witch Mountain, Return from Witch Mountain, any Harry Potter movies,Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Color Purple, Sid and Nancy, ....hmmmm? I'll keep adding as I think of them. Sad that I have to REALLY think about it.
Hey Hollywood~ Why don't you start remaking all the movies that you did a shitty job on the first time??? Stop ruining all the movies that were already cool or could have been. For instance, De Vinci Code could've been great. Either that or give some real ARTISTS a chance to make something original for a change. Damn.

"Hollywood is a place where they'll pay you a thousand dollars for a kiss and fifty cents for your soul." -Marilyn Monroe

Television:

Is reality TV dead yet??? I'll turn my set back on when it is. Someone just email me when the 'dark days' are over. Until then, I'll only turn it on to watch Family Guy.

Books:

Mandatory reading for all humans should be, The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. Better than TV.

Heroes:

*Nelson Mandela *Stephen Morrissey *Madonna *Israel Regardie *Alister Crowley *S. Liddell MacGregor Mathers *Kahlil Gibran *Jesus *Lord Byron *Flea *John Paul Jones* Nikki Sixx *Debbie Harry *Albert Einstein *Leonardo DiVinci *Stewie Griffin *My sisters, Julie and Melinda * The little, old drunk lady walking the little dog with a limp, who convinced me to pick up my bass. (Really too many others to mention)* Anyone who fought and lost...or fought and won. As long as they fought.*Anyone who sees the beauty in life...and in death...and in life again.
