i'm a dj and general laptop music guy based in Bristol, uk. currently resident at mulambo i play all sorts o' stuff, with 'main room' sets taking in dub, breaks, trance and global beats, and 'back room' sets a raucous mash up of gypsy, reggae, ska, country and klezmer sounds. my own productions are characterised by quite a stark digital sound and often take in several genres within one tune... cos i get bored of tunes doing the same thing all the way through..! also i'm more of a loops guy than a melodies guy, so i'm often at my best when working with instrumentalists - i've done some stuff with with Sean KilBride (see here and here ) and robbiefelixawesome amongst others.
