Erosion are a four piece alternative rock band from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. The band consists of Andrew MacMillan, Bobby Newman, Andrew Mckenzie, and Logan Graham.Catchy vocal melodies, haunting harmonies, layered guitar, and a solid rhythm section come together to become Erosion, the alt-rock powerhouse. Erosion have been rocking local audiences for 7 years. They have established a strong local following... crowds that have stuck with the band throughout their history.In 2003, they released a 5 song acoustic EP on the Under the Underground label. In early 2005, the band sought out Jamie Foulds (5 time ECMA Engineer of the Year) to produce and engineer a full length which was recorded in only 6 days at Soundpark Studios in Sydney, N.S. The final product, Wasted Years, was released to local audiences in December of 2005 to rave reviews.Wasted Years demonstrates the bands dedication to their music, the recording captures the energy of the band's live performance while captivating the listener with 10 tracks of Canada's best alternative rock.
