Paul , a.k.a Danger, started playing music in '88 on Cornwall Beach, Montego Bay.Better known as "DANGER" in that time, he started out as a roadie, helping the selector from the sound. DANGER was helping him for about 2 years, until Martin find another job and left. (God bless Martin, he was a teacher for real!) From this time on, Danger was in charge of running the sound, hooking up live bands, controlling the engineering and so on.Big things were going on at this beach early in the nineties : the first night of Sunsplash was kept on Cornwall Beach, Reggae Kwanza and also other stage shows. Every Wednesday night live bands such as : Ed Robinson, Dean Frazier, Ritchie Stephens, Lt. Stichie, Mistic Reveilers, ...Yes, it was a busy time for the soundsystem.Through the years Danger get some help that came and go, and through trial and tribulation with the sound, through storm and hurricane, Danger was having the time of his life!!!THE FIRST JAMAICAN SOUNDSYSTEMMany years later Danger moved to Belgium, where he pushed the sound further. The soundsystem continue organising reggae parties where people get the real Jamaican vibes. Red Alert played also at Reggae Geel 2001, backed up artists such as The beres hammond mr lexus Congo's, Culture and also local artists.In January 2002 Leroy Thompson and Clive Campbell joined selector Danger which makes this sound the first Jamaican Soundsystem in Belgium.100 % JAMAICAN STYLE!!!
