Isha is a rising star and vocalist, the first child born to Everton "Blender" Williams of Jamaica. Today, Isha is creating a sound of her own while on tour with her father and the Blend Dem band. She has been recording her own songs, singing backup vocals since her teen years, and is now ready to expand on the strong voice she knows.Having performed live locally and internationally, Isha's sound is one of kind and ready to move into the studio.( ~~~```~~~HERE'S MORE ABOUT ME~~~```~~~ )Isha Blender is a 22yr old Capricorn who was born on January 03, 1985 at Water lane in Clarendon, Isha’s real name is Isha Camala Williams which was given to her by mother Phyllis Williams. Isha blender is also the daughter of conscious reggae crooner Everton ‘Blender” Williams. But like many of Jamaica’s biggest stars, the road to fame wasn’t a short or easy one.Isha had started singing at age 10 and recorded her first single at age 12 which was entitle ‘Bad Boy” And is produced by her fathers’ own Blendem Production. After which Ishas’ parents decided that she should take the music to another level, and in her fathers’ footstep. She later spends time in school; “Garvey Maceo High School” and in between time she would travel with her father both Local and International, doing a solo piece as opening act or back up vocalist. Ishas musical interest came from her father “Everton Blender” other than her father her mentor would be Lauren Hill, Ericka Badu, Marcia Griffiths, Beres Hammond, Denis Brown, Aaliyah etc.She has worked on many major Shows over the past few years like her fathers own Everton Blender Earth day Bash, Rebel Salute, Western Conscious, East Fest, Fuel 2004&5, Hype in the Park, Culture Shock 2005/06, Teen Splash 1999&04 and Internationally on Brooklyn Festival in New York, In the Caribbean she performs in Tortola, Nevis & St. Kitts festival, Bahamas and Sunrise festival in France etc.Presently she’s now voicing for various producers and is presently working on her album. So for she has done a number of single; “Don’t Watch My Way” it is on the “hear My cry rhythm which” also has Marvia Providence and Elephant Man. Other singles includes “Testify” which she collaborated with fireman Capleton. She currently record songs like “I’m So Confuse”, “I’m In Love (With You Baby)” and “My Boy Lolly Pop" and recently record a song in Jermany called "Simple Things" for House of RIDDIMS producer SAM GILLY.Other than that she is a well groomed teen spirited girl! Who enjoys dancing, drawing and designing clothes, shoes and accessories! She hopes to have her own clothing line some day. “Watch Out” She’s one of Jamaica’s up coming superstar that is going to make it both Internationally and locally like her father look out for this young star in the future for positive ness.
