As a former professional portraiture photographer and a current digital graphics artist, I love most forms of the arts and the people who share my passion for them. This includes writing, graphics design, painting, drawing, music, movies, poetry, photography, and more.
Though I am a digital graphics artist, I couldn't hand draw to save my own life. Of course if you count stick figures as "art" then I'm your gal. My preferred style is horror and fantasy as you'll notice over time just viewing my designs, though every now and then I'll design some fluffy, cutsie crap for the hell of it.
I enjoy meeting new people of all ages from all over the world who share similar views and beliefs, but not so similar that we can't share a healthy debate every now and then. I love blogging and reading others blogs, especially when they deal with controversial or taboo issues, life and love in general. I'm going to warn you now though, if you can't handle a lot of whining, bitching, swearing, angry ranting and sarcastic commentary, DON'T subscribe to my blog or add me as a friend! If you're going to get offended about my agnostic point of views, are the preaching born-again type, are overly sensitive, expect me to message you every day, or don't have a twisted and warped sense of humor, you probably better stay away too!
I like chatting with people who actually have something to say and who aren't just flapping their gums or blowing smoke out of their ass with trivial issues all the time. I like people who aren't afraid to disagree with me or voice their own opinion even when it's in opposition to my own. Most people are too afraid, simply because they think I'll get pissed off. I am very tolerant of different opinions, views and lifestyles, so don't sell me short.
I'm attracted to people who aren't afraid to say what they feel, or live by the beliefs, morals and principles they've set for themselves no matter what anyone else may think of them. I also have a tremendous amount of respect for people who can be true and honest with themselves, and who care enough to be honest with others, even when they know it's going to sting.
I tend to get along with men over women, partially because I have a very independent, domineering type of personality. Of course another major reason is because I don't play the competition game that most women resort to. You are who you are, and if you're that insecure that you need to play games, then we're not going to get along.
While I admittedly take life a bit too seriously at times, I do have what I've been told by many others to be a very dry, sarcastic and goofy sense of humor. Anyone who can make me laugh or smile is truly a special person, not the helmet-wearing, window-licking kind either!
I BELIEVE: Nothing in life escapes an inevitable ending, especially not love and relationships. Good people can make bad choices and do bad things. Bad people can make good choices and do good things. Everything in life happens for a reason though we may not always know the reason while it's happening to us. Knowing when to use your knowledge is more powerful than the knowledge itself. You don't always get back exactly what you have given, but karma sure will be a bitch for the other guy. Blind obsession is often mistaken for true love. You cannot help who you fall in love with anymore than you can make someone love you back. I AM: A high-maintenance, not for the faint-of-heart type of woman, and not on a monetary level either! That would actually be easier! A loner by nature. A sarcastic realist. Driven and determined. Passionate and intense. Complex, moody & misunderstood. Confident and assured. Loyal and dedicated to my true friends and my family. I AM NOT: NOT here for a popularity contest. NOT going to add you to my friends list if i have never met or corresponded with you, unless of course you're a Scorpio or something extraordinary about you intrigues me. NOT into mind fucks or guessing games, or the people who play them. NOT Naive or trusting. NOT the type of person you should ask an opinion from unless you're prepared for the blunt, harsh truth. I LIKE: Spending time with my boys and those I deem worthy enough of my time. People with an above average sense of humor and who KNOW how to have a great time without drugs or always having to hit the bars. Straight-up, no-bullshit people who aren't afraid to voice or live by their own beliefs, no matter what the consequences may be. People who know how to communicate. Studying, dissecting and learning to comprehend the mysteries of human nature. Talking into the wee hours of the morning about anything and everything. I DON'T LIKE: People who play games and make me break out my hipwaders to wade through their river of bullshit. Clinginess, possessiveness or obsessiveness in relationships. Jealousy and pettiness. People with no sense of civility, respect, compassion, or empathy. People with no manners. Mama's boys, or men who store their balls in their woman's purse. Racism, sexism and intolerance. Backstabbing, two-faced, superficial, followers who don't have the balls to walk their own path in life and who have nothing better to do than nose into other peoples lives.
