I hate Crocs dot com!

About Me

I live in Somerville and work in Cambridge. My graphic design career pays the bills while I write and illustrate indie comics weekday evenings and weekends. I have pretty much rejected television with the exception of PBS and my personal dvd collection. I feel that current network and cable TV programs are too low brow and commercials drive me nuts. I can't believe people pay for cable! I'm working on a graphic novel that I am planning to submit to publishers in 2008. It falls into the “alternative/indie” comics genre. The subject matter is pretty much contemporary social satirical fiction. I'm teaching myself to speak Japanese. I have tattoos related to Night of the Living Dead, Metropolis, Doctor Who and Bob’s Big Boy.

My Interests

Art, design, typography, books (that smell of old books! Perfection!), tattoos, Thai food, Zombies, culture and style from the 1930's-40's, Japanese pop culture, Galactic Funk, Alternative Comics, Vegetarianism, Ol' School Video Games, Collecting Vinyl LP's, Jazz 78's, casette tapes, obsolete technology, classic anime, vintage toys, Learning Japanese, Real Maple Syrup, Urban Vynil, Architecture, Photography, Art History, Time Travel, String Theory, Buddhism, Road Trips.
