Movies:

fast times at ridgemont high, robocop, memento, identity, butterfy effect, fear and loathing in las vegas, scarface, the doors, deadman, red dragon, sling blade, shaun of the dead, high tension, time cop, may, "Q", all stephen king stuff on film, star wars I - VI, any and all bad horror movies or old low budget sci-fi stuff, austin powers I II &III, bad santa, dogday afternoon, airplane, vacation, ghostbusters, men in black, stripes, where the buffalo roam, this is spinaltap, farce of the penguins, faces of death, being john malovich, frailty, leaving las vegas, i like all rob zombie films, oh yeah and jason patric is pretty convincing in rush, maybe he shoulda played morrison in the doors, all the rockys and rambos, the dragon "the bruce lee story" all jackie chan's movies, a few good men, american history x (incredible acting by edward norton) malcom x (props to denzel washington in that one!) all steve martin films, all cheech and chong films, all james dean films, bevis and butthead do america, all johnny depp movies except chocolat and charlie and the chocolate factory....maybe he should stick with vanilla.

Television:

i watch the usual guy stuff on television football baseball basketball nascar the simpsons family guy weeds dexter and cnn news typical i know but there ya have it.

Books:

a few books that i really enjoyed include..the ultimate evil by maury terry, helter skelter by vincent bugliosi, silence of the lambs and hannibal by thomas harris, all "the doors" books ever written, except i need rays fictional book "angels dance and angels die" and the new thing that's out now..."doors percetion" the da vinci code & angels and demons by dan brown, the tao te ching of lao tzu and the hua hu ching the unknown teachings of lao tzu as translated by brian walker, the tao of jeet kune do by bruce lee, center of the cyclone by john lilly (they shouldn't let him in the dolphin tank!), the way of the wizard by depaak chopra, the lords and the new creatures by james douglas morrison, the doors of perception by aldous huxley word freak by stephan fatsis (helped my scrabble game a lot i'm scoring 400+ easy and i've even busted 500 a number of times) the complete chessplayer by fred reinfeld (this book improved my chess game exponentially!!)...my favorite comic book heros are lobo (who superman had to fake his own death to get away from!) and kato (the green hornets side kick) i would take these two against any other comic book hero! uhm...oh yeah i enjoyed lonesome dove by larry mcmurtry, isaac asimov's science fiction treasury, sphere and jurassic park by michael chriton, the green mile by stephen king, the exorcist! ah it was a work of art....green vomit and excrement everywhere lol uhm dragon tears by dean koontz, now i'm reading "if" i did it by oj and i firmly believe that he intends to search every golf course in the world to find the "real killer"

Heroes:

apocalyptica, yo yo ma, shirley treple, and paul olefski are my favorite cellists. my favorite bassists include: gene simmons, omar vallejo, cliff burton, marc "frap" frappier, rudy sarzo, phil lesh, roger waters, arthur barrow, manny yanez, stanley clark, victor wooten, paul mccartney, john paul jones, john entwhistle, les claypool, brian rooney, geddy lee, jaco pastorius, ricky minor, "and derek smalls from spinal tap!!!"
