Im a 46 year old kid I love my motorcycle and Southern Rock, I love my wife linda, Fishing is my hobbie and my dog buster is my best bud. I have one grandson of whom the sun rises and sets for me. Hope to have more someday but not to soon. I like all kinds of music but my heart is in Southern Rock.The band Vagabond is the life long dream of my brother Johnny Kelsey and has several years of history before I was ever asked to join. My brother and I both grew up in the Music scene but went down seprate paths music wise. He went down the ROCK and ROLL path and I went for the traditional country route. 30 Years later our paths kinda hit the same fork in the road. We decided it was time we colaberated and became closer musicaly and I joined Vagabond. Vagabond was quite different from what I had been used to and has been very challenging for me. To make the switch between Ray Price to Molley Hatchett was kinda like stepping out of the freezer and into the oven. ( MAJOR SHOCK TO THE BODY ).
I have always enjoyed Southern Rock but had never tried to play it.
When Johnny asked me about joining the band I was very excited and realized that I had been waiting a long time for the chance to play with my brother. We began our journey that same day. I went and bought a new Ibenez bass guitar and amp took it home and got started. Since then we have added 3 other folks.
