The Hate Modern

About Me

A Multi-instrumentalist Musicians Collective responding to the vision of founder Jon Hammond. Formed in late 2005, a select group of people dedicated to the creation of beautiful, passionate, fury fueled music began gathering, taking whatever time they had to give their all in the name of musical progression. The rules being - No boundaries, wherever the music needs to move, it moves, the band striding in its wake. There is no rush, we all have lives. Over time countless members have joined, giving all they could till they had no more to offer, moving on down other musical avenues that drew them. We are proud to have been a part of their musical journey and know the collective wouldn't be where it is now without their input. Others have stayed on, enriched by a musical base, becoming cornerstones in the family of the band. Firm friendships have evolved, respect for each others talent and care for the vunerabilites that rise to the surface equal each other. We feed off the triumph and drive we glean from our incendiary rorcus. Commitment and pure love for a music that stands for honesty to itself.
What you hear now is the brief beginning, the people are the middle, there is no end.
