Please visit the Gigmasters website to hear examples. She sings in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. She is in the process of creating a jazz/African fusion band, as well. She usually works with a quartet for jazz gigs, (piano, bass,drums and either saxophone or trumpet) and for the Brazilian and African will add one or more percussionists. She is available for duo (piano and voice, or guitar and voice), or, trio; (piano, bass and voice). For jazz gigs, she sing standards, bossa nova (portuguese) and also writes and sings original songs. Annie also has a Blues and an R&B repertoire. She lived and performed in Europe (Berlin) for many years, including touring in Russia and Germany, was sponsored by the Senate in Berlin and led her band the Annie Addington Ensemble. Upon her return to the US, she went back to school and received two Masters Degrees; one in Jazz Performance and the second in Studio Composition, from SUNY Purchase. New CD in the process.
