About Me

UNA NOCHEAn eclectic and dynamic group of musicians with world class experience. All members with different backgrounds in Classical, Jazz, and Popular music from around the world. This group was founded by drummer/percussionist Homero Chavez after sharing many dates locally and on tour or recording dates with many groups, orchestras and Jazz bands. Una Noche features the music of the world covering many style from different countries. Although, this group respects and admires all of the world music genres, it does not holds back, Una Noche goes out on a limb to bring some of the World rythms to the great Jazz Standards and American Popular music to make every performance a magical one.
