About Me

I'm a producer of film, TV and live events.
Below you will find a sample of projects I actually produced.
BEYOND THE MAT
Here is one of the latest feature film projects I produced titled "Beyond the Mat." This story of two best friends who put their freindship on the line to win a high school state wrestling championship is endoresed bt the USA Olympic Wrestling Team, the National High School Coaches Association and the Dan Gable International Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum. The project was selected to participate in the Tribeca All Access program during the 2007 Tribca Film Festival in New York. Tribeca Film Festival was founded by Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal.
AMERICAN IDENTITY
Earlier this year, American Identity had its' world premiere at the prestigious Festival De Cannes in France. Founded in 1939, Festival De Cannes is widely considered to be the world's most prestigious film festival as it presents the best in world cinema. Hollywood Reporter acknowledged that Cannes is the "granddaddy of all film festivals."
American Identity quickly became a festival favorite as it screened throughout the private film festival in the Short Film Corner where invited attendees had the opportunity to review the film in private viewing booths. With a buzz about the project stirring about, American Identity was screened over 1,000 times. With over 2,000 films being showcased, the film received a first place finish with the most views and had an average rating of 9.4 out of 10. Because of the success in the Short Film Corner, festival directors decided to showcase the film in a special presentation as the closing short film. In it’s world premiere, American Identity played to a full audience in the Grand Debussy Theater and received a standing ovation. Following on the heels of success at Cannes, American Identity will compete in various film festivals around the world. A win at a festival accredited by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences will secure the films eligibility for Oscar contention.

Veritas is a compelling film follows All-American wrestler Jon Trenge as he strives to achieve his childhood dream of becoming a National Champion for his hometown school, Lehigh University. After undergoing five eye surgeries, Jon ignores doctors’ warnings and risks permanent blindness to pursue his dream of becoming a champion.
The NCAA News' Greg Johnson writes, “You don’t have to be a wrestling aficionado to appreciate Veritas, you just have to appreciate a student-athlete’s resolve. Johnson raves, “Above all, the compelling movie captures how a young man evolves as a person and learns lessons that he can apply in other aspects of his life.” The NCAA review concludes, “The message is that the film shows how a person can grow through competing in intercollegiate athletics.

UnderDOG
An award winning short film I produced. The film has really opened doors in Hollywood for me! UnderDOG won and award at the 2004 National Association of Latino Independent Producers Conference. I suggest taking a few minutes to see what all the buzz is about. Besides, what's ten minutes of laughter in your life? Sit back, put the volume up and enjoy...
