Beautiful bird arrows cross the sky in perfect alignment. Another year goes by.. What wisdom have I learned from the last one? That no matter how my dreams succeeded or failed less is more. A simple strong foundation creates castles later on. Life always has a way of turning the tables on what we expect. I am what I am, a Prairie Crone, and proud of each imperfection. I am an Adult Indigo Child. When I was small I pinged in like a satillite on the energy from trees, wind, animals, people and land. There was no tree to tie my swing to. I flew through the air, distracted, to what ever energy caught my interest. My teachers wrote, "Ann thinks in abstract concepts... but works below her level. {They had no idea what that level was.} I was a whale child...pinging frequencies on my enviroment. My mother fed creativity to my hungry mind. Now we write books together, and I "ping" for a living.
    Our Published Poetry

I am a "whale child"... Additional Dimension Disorder. "Whale child"....because I am pinging like a satellite at all times for frequencies and rhythms. My mother raised me on the classics and told me at 4 she would play a classical album and ask me who the composer was. She said I could listen to just a few notes and name the composer quickly. My mother encouraged my musical gift with passion, which gave me confidense during crippeling school years.
I am a Published Poet of 2 books of New Age Poetry, sold on Amazon, and have just released my first CD of Poetry with 2 other extraordinary women poets. I have layered the CD with Lakota Flute, Bow Harp, Guitar and Banjo. Unfortunately my beloved Psaltery, though sweet toned in person, came off sounding like the voice of a shrill fishermen's wife during my recording. Until I find a way to have an audio of its true sound, I stick with the mid toned and tenor sounding instruments at the studio.

3/9/2008 How can I truly express myself? We all have problems....We all have issues. You can call your mother you can call you girlfriend/guy friends....but how un-biased is that opinion? Sister Ophelia is un-biased, comforting and I must say caring. Refreshingly appropriate...A must call.

12/23/2007 Marie always gets 5 stars I would pick 100 if it was listed bcuz she is always so great with how she reads; clarifying all the confusion one can have (esp. me) and putting things in prespective. I always count on her to give me the guidance I need and she always dose that accurately and with great swiftness and detail. Call her you'll love how she reads and you can count on what she it telling you!
12/23/2007 Sister Ophelia is still number 1! I cannot describe how accurate she is, has always been. For several years I have called other advisors and always slap myself on the forehead after talking with Ophelia. "Why did I call anyone else?!" This is what I say to myself. Not only does she see everything, (don't ask me how, she just does). she tries to help you to help yourself. Now I just have to listen and follow through with what she and I know is true. Happy Holidays Ophelia, and I cannot thank you enough!
11/16/2007../b It was a wonderful reading. Very different from any other I've had before, yet accurate and informative in ways that are unusual, yet I can't explain. This was a very helpful reading. There are very few people who can read for me at the spiritual level I'm at, but Sister Othelia is now one of them.

Very insightful and VERY sweet. Was honest and upfront with her reading. Tells you the whole truth good or bad. I'm still very hopeful and will get through what I'm going through somehow. I will certainly call her again here soon for more insight.

Embracing Insanity

Walk on!” yelled
the beautiful artist
sitting on the
front steps of
her apartment house.
Instead, intrigued,
she looked at his
thin body leaning
against the
brick wall,
saw the sway of
his gold scarf
as he got up
and crossed the
cobblestone street.
She laid a
blanket in the hall.
Like a stray dog,
he slept there.
In the early dawn,
outside her door
to the outside
world she’d hear
him leaving. Later, when he
howled to her
in the night
like an
alley wolf,
she howled back.
At times, they
shared angry
philosophy
and she longed
to embrace
his insanity.
One day, like a
passing storm,
his smell and feel
were gone.
But his shadow
stayed,
whispering,
and she wondered
if, one day,
he would send
his ear in a box.
