"BLIND"Band messinese, nasce dal progetto musicale di Max, si concretizza tra la fine del dicembre 2006 ed inizio gennaio 2007. Band formata da 4 componenti, Massimiliano (MAX) - (voce e chitarra), Sergio (chitarra), Gianfranco (basso), Mirko (batteria). L’elemento fondamentale che lega il gruppo è l’amore verso la musica, per le sonorità ambient, dark, gothik. I gruppi che hanno decisamente influenzato i diversi componenti sono: placebo, the ark, the cure, muse, manson, joy division, bauhaus, christian death ecc ecc. Il gruppo si "assesta" grazie a Max, (infatti oltre Max, solo Mirko, il batterista è l’altro elemento portante del gruppo) che mettendo degli annunci su siti, incontra sergio, che diverrà la chitarra "magica" della formazione, con lui il gruppo acquista le sonorità e il sound giusto e fondamentale, ma manca ancora un bassista fisso nel gruppo. Max continua la ricerca, fino a quando non entra in contatto con gianfranco (Frank), i due sono legati dall’amore verso i placebo, ed instaurano un amicizia profonda che è presente e lega tutti i componenti. Max da fiducia a Frank e si inizia a stabilire una scaletta provvisoria. Il gruppo appare già forte e convinto delle proprie possibilità , e l’unione della band è evidente quando gianfranco rimane coinvolto in un incidente, ci vorrà un mese e mezzo per riprendersi, la band lo aspetta. Al rientro di Frank, Il gruppo inizia a lavorare duramente cercando ed ottenendo un particolare sound.Il progetto BLIND - Placebo Tribute Band è UFFICIALIZZATO da"BLIND" Sicilian band, born from the musical project by Max, came to life beetwen the end of December 2006 and the beginning of January 2007. The band is made up of 4 members, Max (voice and guitar), Sergio(Guitar), Frank (bass guitar) and Mirko (drum). The most important element that keeps the band together is the love for music, Dark, Gothik, and ambient sounds. The group has been musically influenced by PLACEBO, THE ARK, THE CURE, MUSE, MARYLIN MANSON, JOY DIVISION, BAUHAUS, CHRISTIAN DEATH and many others… The band started thanks to Max and Mirko, they made a lot of announcements on line; then they met Sergio who would have become the “magic†guitar of the line up. With Sergio, the band gained the right and basic sound, but they missed a bass player yet… Max continued searching and finally found Frank, they discovered to be bound by love for Placebo. Frank and Max estabilish a deep frienship keeping all members together. Max trusts in Frank, the group appears strong and convinced of its skills, and their friendship comes clearly visible when Frank was involved in a bad accident. It took about two months for him to recover and the group waited for him. Aa Frank returned, the band began to work really hardly, searching and obtaining the particular sound they wanted.
