Born in Dublin, i started playing saxophone at 13. My first professional gig was in 1989 when i worked with Irish Rock band "The Stunning". I joined irish Reggae band "Celtic Posse" in 96 and we played amongst others the jazz festival at Montreaux. It was about this time i started to consider a career in Jazz and have been working on my craft ever since. I moved to and made my home London in 1998. Its a great city(most of the time) with a healthy jazz scene. Ive just finished my first record "your choice" and penned 5 tunes for the date. My next project is a Tenor and Baritone album with my Father Neil to be recorded with a rythym section in Ireland. I teach saxophone at my home in Fulham.
