I'm a Heavy Metal listener since I was 13 years old.It's in my veins !!! The first band that I'd heard was KISS. They came to Brazil in 1983 on tour and the TV only showed it all the time ! I became a KISS fan and Gene Simons was my hero ! Hearing Kiss and knowing other bands , AC DC was my second passion. I loved hear the screaming voice of Brian Johnson and the guitar solos of Angus Young ! And a few time after it I was presented to IRON MAIDEN , the best band of all times for me! The passion about Iron Maiden longs until now !!! It's the best !!! Now I'm listening a lot of good bands. I think since I was hearing Metal it never had too many good bands like today . The moment is very good ! NIGHTWISH , CATAFALQUE , AFTER FOREVER, EPICA , THEATRE OF TRAGEDY , MACBETH , BESEECH, BLOODFLOWERZ, CRIMSON TEARS , DARK PRINCESS OLGA ROMANOVA , DELAIN, DELIGHT , DEMETHER, LACUNA COIL , LEAVE'S EYES, LULLACRY , LUNATICA , MAGICA, MARKIZE, MEMORIA, NEMESEA, SATYRIAN, SENGIR, SINAMORE, SIRENIA, VISIONS OF ATLANTIS, WITHIN TEMPTATION, XANDRIA, TRISTANIA,WILDPATH... So many bands , so many countries ! It's really amazing, and I'm alive to see and hear it !!! Thank's GOD !!! In 1985 I had a band called "Metal Heart" , remembering the song of the German band "Accept" of Udo.I was the lead vocals and played sometimes in Cambará and Jacarezinho ( Paraná - Brazil )with the brothers Moreira where we already could see Rafael Moreira playing his guitar. He was about 10 or 11 years old. We never could imagine that there was a great guitar player in the near future ! After it I had played drums in another band , formed by some new friends named "ANESTESIA SOCIAL". It was a Rock'n'roll classic band and it looked to be something better and get the success. But the destiny didn't cooperate with us. Our parents didn't see it with good eyes and forced some of us to study , make college, whatever. It was a great time of my life. Unforgettable. Now I'm a normal guy ,Executive Manager with wife and daughter , but happy !The only thing that I'd never left is the passion to the Metal . I'll take Metal beyond my life , together with me in my future lives.So I believe that on my future life I'll be a Metal star !!!
