About Me

MySpace Music Backgrounds by Iron Spider
Welcome to my page. I began playing guitar at the age of ten and have just finished a master's degree at the Royal Academy of Music. I've been fortunate enough to earn a living from playing and have met some amazing people whilst trying to do this. I've performed at various places including; the Montreux Jazz Festival, Bath International Guitar Festival, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Guildford Music Festival, Imperial Wharf Jazz festival, Coventry Jazz festival, Derby Jazz Festival, Ronnie Scott's, 606 and the Vortex. Some of the people and bands I've been lucky to play with have included; Fraud, John Williams, Kenny Wheeler, Stan Sulzman, Django Bates, Martin France, Victor Bailey, Martin Speake, James Taylor Quartet, Pete Churchill, Tom Herbert (Acoustic Ladyland, Polar Bear), National Youth Jazz Orchestra, the Eclectic Guitar Orchestra (EGO), Gerrard Presencer, Nic Smart and the many terrifying players at the Academy. Hope you enjoy the choonz etc.. Also, check out our band TROYKA on myspace!!
