X Halen Farewell Cameron Anthony
It is with great sadness we farewell our iconic bass player Cam from X Halen.
After 5 years of Jack Daniels fuelled rock and roll glory, Cam has called it quits To spend more time with his family and business, customguitarworks.com.au
Cam, a founding member of X Halen (then named InHalen) joined a new Van Halen tribute band back in 2002, before the tribute band madness became what it is today. Cam, with his Chevy Impala, esky filled with Jack Daniels and addictively crass humour was instantly a vital piece of this band’s essence and inability to not have a good time all the time. Over the years he’s enjoyed the bands successes including devastating Melbourne’s premier live venues year after year, rockin’ huge outdoor stadium shows interstate and most importantly keeping the spirit of the mighty Van Halen alive in this country. To say any less of Cam would be a rock and roll atrocity!
Cam’s farewell show with X Halen will be on June 7 at Ruby’s Lounge in Belgrave.
X Halen are now preparing our new bass player for Cam’s role and are excited with where are future is leading.
All the best Cam. We’ll miss you buddy! X Halen
