The Ratt Poison live show is hair-raising, exciting and stimulating. All members of the band are accomplished musicians. Ratt Poison looks the part even down to the wardrobe which consists of real glam rock attire that was actually worn by hair bands in the 80's. Armed with an arsenal of genuine guitars and instruments from the era, Ratt Poison will transport you back in time to the arena spectaculars of the 1980s with their reproductions of retro 80s rock classics. Only true top 40 chart-busting 80s tunes and a performance replicating the stage choreography of the legendary bands they imitate, the result of experience gleaned from innumerable hours of viewing MTV, Video Hits and too many all night sessions of watching Rage to possibly recount.
The Ratt Poison experience is unique in such a way that it encapsulates a whole genre of an era, while many other tribute bands paint themselves into a corner by covering a single artist only. The members share a passion that stems from loving the music they grew up on. All the guys are veterans of the local, interstate and international live music scenes with many years of experience between them. With ages averaging in their mid-30s, this experience is displayed in their professional attitude, articulated musical performances and overall presence.
