About Me

Erin Lee is the diamond in the rough, a trendsetter, and go-getter. Over the last seven years, she has released a Neo-soul album, garnered credits as a national makeup artist, been a cover-model for a NY Times best selling book, and has launched her own cosmetics line. I've worked for years as a professional makeup artist and professional singer/songwriter to build up my name and career and I have obtained legitimate credits due to HARD WORK. I absolutely love what I do and never stop learning. I speak three languages and I'm working on a fourth (Korean, English, Spanish..and I'm working on Tagalog and Bikol). I've come a long way because of my "bulldog" tenacity and my unwavering determination to be nothing less than successful. When someone tells me I can't do something, I say "watch me" . I'm a tomboy with a weakness for anything pink and glamorous. I'm a Korean-American who grew up in Koreatown (or as they say..."K-town!!") when it was bad...and I mean bad. Oh yeah..I grew up with drive-by's, gangstas, hookers, pimps, drugs, you name it! I've seen it all. Growing up with such craziness around me only made me want to be somebody. I know I have an angel with me because my life was at risk many times during shoot-outs, drug deals gone sour, and local gangs. I know I'm here to give a message of self love. We can all dream and do the beautiful things we dream of to change this world. I'm just a girl with big dreams and I'm telling you......I am an example of HARD WORK and of course play! While I was a professional makeup artist for fashion and film shoots, I was going into the recording studios to record my original music tracks till 5 am. You're probably thinking..."Wait. I don't get it. A make-up artist that also sings?!" I believe you can do and be anything you please and be successful at it as long as you work hard and stay committed to working towards your dreams. I'm just a regular gal from K-town, Los Angeles who dares to follow her dreams. Within the next three years, my goal is to have a major record deal in musica de Espanol, sell my cosmetics line in over 40 stores, and buy a new mansion for my parents. I know it will happen. To anyone who dares to say I can't .....I kindly say... "Haters only give me fire"!
