Vinnie Bernard aka "Vinnie D" FunkJazzGoGoHipHop Artist Singer Songwriter Producer from "Doom City" Made the Go-Go/Hip-Hop classic $55 Dollar Motel. Was signed to Snoops "Doggystyle" Label in 2003. Appeared on Doggystyle Allstars Vol.1 Tracks 14,18. The Label (MCA) folded and we were all forced to swim for our lives. Currently strung out on crack and weed laced joints in D.C. making music in the home studio using Logic Pro 7. Always interested in meeting vocalists or musicians and making music with other artists.
You ask about the new project? It's all in the creative stages now. As far as a deal or how it will be distributed,who knows. The important part is finishing a collection of works that I am truly proud of. I've always been blessed when I was in position. So thats where my focus is right now. Putting myself in position and making art that sets me apart. I was blessed with a talent and I feel If I use it for the right purpose the rest comes like a blessing. It always has. So Ive learned to strive for the best possible work first. I hope you like what you hear. It's a small sample of my collection which is why I feel comfortable in giving it away.
