Revolutionary is a word used to describe ideas...prospects...business concepts amongst other things...however today the word is used to describe a body of Gospel Artiste who are determined to share the love of Christ through their music

South Side is Family.With vast amount of known Gospel Ministers in the south we have decided to come together to expand the art form in our communities. Our desire is to keep the Gospel Industry alive and healthy in Trinidad. Though we all hail from San Fernando & Surrounding areas hence the name SOUTH SIDE we are not segregating, for our purpose is one of love and unification.South Side is Family.Many Gospel artistes are unaware of various production options available for the different styles of music being created, and so we serve as a “melting pot” of ideas which would help to keep artiste ahead and on top of the industry. We are seeking to expand business sense, understanding the line between ministry & entertainment, stage performance and image.Ecclesiastes 4:9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.Many soldiers have fallen….many have turned their backs on Christ and in the past we have left them to their own will….but now, SOUTH SIDE is also seeking to win back lost artiste, deejays, media personnel etc. Not forgetting our current members and young artist within the ministry, we are seeking to keep them focussed, encouraged and motivated. Many have the right heart but make wrong decisions so our purpose is to educate ourselves and provide the right atmosphere and support system to ensure growth.Leviticus 26:8 “And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword”J Square from Mission Epistle says" We here in SOUTH are a family, we help each other. Our desire is to build an industry, and only with our heads joined together can we do it"Curtis Bobb from Sons of Zion expresses that for two long Artists are unaware of their rights and they are literally being rapped in the industry. We all need the help to keep abreast of what is taking place in the music industryGod's Farmer from Anointed Ones says" I dreamt this many moons ago and I shared it with Square. I really didn't take much heed to it but I literally saw a tsunami brewing in SOUTH getting ready to rise and fill the earth. The Storm is here....and we are ready.So SOUTH SIDE is not just a group of artist from the Southern Part of Trinidad and Tobago coming together, but in fact it is an attitude…an attitude of LOVE and a WAY OF LIFE.
