Biography:Denots was smoked up along the south fork of the Snake River in Southeast Idaho. Lead singer/guitarist Jeremiah Peterson formed the band into a fused metal monster, that haunted Darin Christensen (drummer) and Rob Kloack (guitar). The last dark soul that joined this dark echoed river side band was Matt Kasica (bass). With this lineup things started to spark the fuse that Idaho needed.Over a period of 4 hard hitting years the band has had some very excellent performances, that include opening for Suicidal Tendencies, Prong, Hed-pe, Fivefoot Thick, Hemlock, Domeshots and Solace For Now. A win from Kbear--s Battle of the Bands under there belt just adds more fuel for the fire that burns in air when they hit the stage. Denots produces and markets their own cd--s and they hold the record at Cd World for the most sales by any local band. They produce their own clothing and merchandise as it is a business as well as a passion. In the first year they produced their album --We Can Make Nothing Happen To You-- The album contains thirteen tracks of dark dissonant metal lyrics that are angry and diseased yet thought provoking, dealing with issues like self-challenge social conformity, addiction, and various political ideas. In 2004 Denots released a new cd called --Starz Mold Minds Eyez--. This full-length 12 track CD has sold over 500 copies with songs like --Keep-- --Whole-- and --Drink This--.Originality has always been their strong point with over 40 original and frequent local play Denots has built a fan base that is longer than the Snake itself. Given the chance Denots will devour all the non-believers, perform in any given situation, like the Alticity free style snow sleds jump this last Jan. 2005. That will be in the world wide Alticity DVD that drops in later 2005. So, yes world here is your chance to see Denots reek havoc on the world again --You better guard your Grill!!-- For Tour Info & Show Info, Email Jason Rollene At [email protected]
