About Me

My World Visitor Map!
make your own map at: www.modmyprofile.comLayout made by Music has many faces. I like to play the hopeful kind. The kind you can walk to, dance with, relax into, rev up with, calm down with and express the wonders of creation. I love to play with others so that all we're playing is our heart and soul. Fiddle, Harp, Flutes, Banjo, Guitars, Mandolin, Bazouki, Hammered Dulcimer, Piano, Viola, to name a few are the things I've played over the years. Music can heal, give joy, give expression to grief, court, mend.... I was raised in Chicago and after living in quite a few places, settled in Grants Pass, Oregon, 25 years ago. I have a great 20 year old daughter named Katy, who I am so proud of. She is the greatest gift I could have been given. Her writing is exceptional and expresses a great soul.Tracking down the footprints of God has been an interesting journey in this life. I am grateful for what I have been given. Simple rules--don't judge, forgive, love your neighbor, love your enemy, find the love that God demonstrates , feed the hungry, visit the sick.... ==do these and you can fly, I believe. And play that music!
