IDFI (pronounced I Defy) started as a 3 piece in 2006 when remnents of two bands shattered then collided.What was left was teeth shattering, mind blowing punk rock. Bill (bass,vocal) Chad (guitar, vocal) & Dave (drums) formed on Sinco De Mayo. Soon we went to Piss+Murder studios in Chicago and recorded our first album "Criminal"which came out April 2007. Then we heard our friends Die Game had broken up. We asked JJ (guitar,vocals) to join the crew. He is a perfect fit with his chunky, horror feel.It just added to our in-your-face punk. It's a match made in Hell.Out of Sin City. In late 2007 our drummer quit . Soon after we found out that Affontal Assault had broken up. We called Jorge (drums) and asked if he would join the band.
