I hold on, I push through and I rarely give up. My friends and family are very important to me. One thing I've learned is that you need people that you can count on during your worst times, and laugh with during the best. I consider myself very fortunate to have people who don't give up on me when most would have.Love is important to me and I value that above everything else. Being in love is the ultimate test of will, faith, and committment.Aside from all of the above, I am also a personal trainer. If you have any fitness/nutrition related issues or questions, feel free to ask. :)..

My Interests

Working out/bodybuilding, movies, football (GO BEARS!!!.. seriously), books, music, dancing, climbing, scuba diving. I haven't taken a real vacation in far too long, but I hope to get back to scuba diving in the clear blue water soon.
