About Me

NEW WRITINGS: The script for my semi-comic bad suburban cops movie, "Vatican Hill, " is now ready. The project had been on hold due to WGA strike rules preventing me from sending it out, but it is done and it's great and it kicks ass and I am hoping to direct it myself through our new company, Hudson Perry Arts.
My "Crazy Diamond" project, an epic biopic about psychedelic rock legend Syd Barrett, has undergone another revision. Looking for a director, an actor/musician to play Syd, and at least some preliminary financing in the next year.
"Speed Kills," a retro 70s car chase script, has also gone through a new revision and is making the rounds. It has a pair of very juicy parts for young actors (well maybe three juicy parts, and whoever plays Gates is gonna have some fun as well) and is roughly in the $3 million budget range. I am attached to direct this one, too.
Currently I'm working on the 2nd draft of my slightly gonzo (maybe irreverent is a better word) post-apocalyptic sci-fi novel called "Niagara" - a rough mix of "I Am Legend" and "The Fifth Element." It should be ready for readers in late summer.
This is the greatest thing I've ever seen ...
