To download free Cricket ringtones:
1. Access the Cricket WAP storefront by using the “Browser” application on your Cricket phone. Choose “Go to Web” or “Connect to Web.”
2. After you are connected to the storefront, scroll down and select “Search” at the bottom of the page.
3. After the “Search” menu appears, select “Cricket Downloads.”
4. On the downloads page, scroll down and select “Search” at the bottom of the page. Enter the artist or song title as a keyword and select “Search.”
5. After “Search Results” appear on the screen, select the desired ringtone and follow the on-screen steps to download.
How to Submit Your Music: All genres are encouraged. Featured songs are chosen by local musicians, publicists and Cricket. All songs will be credited to their original artists and will not be downloadable. Cricket does not endorse these artists. Featured artists receive no compensation.
If you are a local musician and are interested in having your music featured, please choose a song to submit that is posted on your MySpace page, make the song temporarily downloadable and send Cricket a MySpace message identifying the song. Cricket will then download the song and send a message back so you can make the song undownloadable again. If you don’t wish to submit your song in this way, please MySpace message Cricket and you’ll be given alternative transfer options.
Roadie Award: Cricket wireless service isn’t limited to Nashville – with selected plans you can use your phone everywhere you go. The same goes for many Cricket Nashville Music Showcase artists who perform outside the 615. Each month, Cricket Nashville Music Showcase will present the Roadie Award to an unsigned artist who is currently on tour.
