Holland Davis is the Worship Leader and assistant pastor at Ocean Hills Church with Pastor Jim Nicol where they have hosted the Worship Life Conference that is a collaboration of Calvary Chapel worship leaders and pastors .
Previously, he was the worship leader at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa where he started the School Of Worship and Calvary Chapel Music.
Prior to that he was the Director of A&R and Marketing at Maranatha! Music where he started the Worship Underground label that introduced artists such as David Crowder , Pete Shambrook, Curt Coffield, and others. He also was the originator of the gold selling Top 25 Praise Songs and was on the A&R and Marketing committee for the Wow Worship Series .
Some of Holland's more popular songs include: Let It Rise, Who Is Like The Lord, Healing Word, and I Will Stand. Let It Rise was just recorded by Big Daddy Weave . He is a published writer with Rolltop Music , Vineyard Music , and Maranatha! Music .
