As for heroes I would have to say my Dad comes first ...Heroes can aslo be people whom have given inspiration such as Graham Kerr the galloping gourmet for showing me how to have fun in the kitchen, Julia childes for giving us our first views of cooking TV and Jacques Pepin for his books La Technique and La Methode two books no chef / cook should be with out and of course the food network with such greats as Alton Brown and good eats with the science of cooking, Bobby Flay for Grillin And chillin as well as Mario Batelli for showing us what the different regions of Italy have to offer and lets not forget “BAM†Emeril for his over all showmanship and great attitude and expertise when it comes to cooking and the list goes on.
as well I would like to say thanks to all our hometown heroes our policemen, firemen, doctors and nurses as well as all the fine men and women fighting to make our country safe for future generations here at home as well as overseas
