Lomesh aka Admiral Kolibal from JahMusic Family borned in Prague, Czech Republic. He is a selector since 1998, when he felt in love with bands like Zion Train, Disciples or Rockers Hi-Fi, but soon he realised, that British dub is mainly inspired by unique treasure of Jamaican music, so he started to explore it more deeply.. At first as selector in dj lounge Wakata alongside mighty Beatz Smoking Weedz and later also as promoter and journalist. Since the year 2000 he is writing most of articles for his website JahMusic.net, which is currently the largest reggae & world beat site in Czech Republic. He is also promotin reggae & dancehall culture monthly in Bbarák hip hop magazin with articles and interviews to smash limits between styles and inform people mainly about good music....
Journey to roots of reggae blessed him with amazing opportunity to travel to Jamaica in 2003 as a assistent and musical supervisor for film document about the island. This experience supported even more interest into Carribean culture, so he started to focus much more than before. He..s workin last five years on evolution of his sing-jay skills with reggae band Urban Bushman and also constantly as selector. Since 2004 he was working closely with Jamaican artist and entertainer Mr. Mention, who helped him to develope better sence for good selection and dancehall music. In the year 2005 he won trophy on local 45Clash tournament and in 2007 once again. But he is not in clash thing anymore, much more inportant is peacefull juggling alongside DJ Herby Boy and working together, cause music is for all.. Sometimes he is performing with other singers as Asheema & Charmeen, Yellow Sisters, Princess T, MC Zaga or mighty Big Famili from Martinique, UCee from Germany, Amdiez from France or El Condorsito from Austria. Currently is his main work booking and management for United Flavour plus promotion and journalism. But it..s pretty impossible to give up artistic soul when the inspiration comes, so he is constantly working on the balance between production and own musical creativity.. Alongside continous work with Urban Bushman (nominated in 2006 for the best cz reggae album) he is still djing in clubs and radio shows..
