Born in the old city of Benin, Nigeria and bred up
in Sapele, Delta state in a small ghetto area
where you have to be strong to survive,
as a result experienced so much hardship
and difficulties as a young kid striving
outta the slums of Uselu area in Bafi.
He has wrapped it all before he started a musical
carrier as club dj in Vienna where he resides now.
Played with several crews like UrbanVibes
[www.rookientertainment.com], dj Chinaman,
dj Masta Cash, feteroyale(Vienna get Crunk)
and Italflame sound, a reggae soundsystem
he personally founded in dec. 2003 which
won the best dancing Sound in 2004,
played in top night clubs in Vienna like
Flex, Raigen, Volksgarten, Passage, Porgy
and Bess, Vibrations, to mention a few.
3gga is one of the most featured djs in
the dancehall, hiphop, R'n'B events in Vienna
and its environs, the difference is clear as
he is not only djing on the wheels of steel,
but also a good dj on the mic. In 2001 he made
a collabo track titled '3gga Culture' with
Stereotyp of g-stone rec, Vienna, which
also leads to several more with Megablast
of Luv lite massive/one eye records in the Uk.
Next was a drum & bass chart buster track
titled 'lion's dub' with top producer Dkay.
This track was rated no 1 in the Uk drum & bass
chart in Aug 2004. 3gga is also on the
FM4 sound selection 12 and 16 with tracks produced
by Phazes and Phil Better(Get down on it) and the later
Megablast and Makkosa(Mama). 3gga has staged
with various bands and artists like Sean Paul,
Zoomjay, Ras Kimono Alozade,
Tuklan, Daddy Freddy, Bongo Chilli, Rymzo di Gusto,
Original Stereoman, Tony Torch, dj Spinbad,
dj Drama and a host of others. 3gga is
one artist with a rough voice that is really
jiggy Inna dancehall style, if you want to dance,
or you want to know how to dance the ghetto dance,
3gga is the right man to see. He is from
Edo state aka the heartbeat of the nation Nigeria,
he speaks bini, a tribe known for its rich
cultural heritage and as such you find the
Influences of African lyrics in Most of his jobs.
