Always wanted to become a baller when things all of a sudden took a whole different way when he first met Leon Kofi back in 1999. Kofi was promoting several local events when Skillz (ShortKut & Nick L.) started workin for him as a CEO of PR. Through that opportunity, Skillz got in touch with some of the local Djs and promoters and finally met his mentor Chinaman who was the resident DJ in Vienna’s former Friday Black Music Hotspot ‘Smooth Talkin’ at Volksgarten. After playing with Chinaman for about two years at several of Austria's top locations, himself became a resident DJ at Volksgatren in 2002. Together with Dj Rebel, who is one of Austrias most established Ragga DJs, Skillz was rocking Wednesday nights at Volksgarten for about one year. Besides, he had guest appearences on many major Black Music events such as ‘Street Soul, China Black, Asian Night, Sugar; Club R'n'B. In summer 2003 the idea of Urban Vibes was born and Skillz founded together with Nick Long & Sandro P. aka. Shortcut RookiEntertainment which has been taking over since January 2004! Simply on fire is the best way to describe Skillz’s style of rocking the turntables because when he gets on the wheels, everyone else gets his butt off!! In other words: THE BOY HOT!!!.r{}*
