I'm a retired Navy officer, originally from Shreveport, LA. I joined the Navy when I was 19 and spent 30 years away, with the opportunity to visit most of the states and dozens of foreign countries. But I recently moved back to LA and now live in Minden, a small town about 30 miles out of Shreveport, where I plan to open an old fashioned soda shoppe and ice cream parlor in the very near future...as soon as I find the right location.I was one of the Skippers on The Real Gilligan's Island, Season 2. Although retired from the Navy, I keep busy with my new job and my hobbies, including remodeling my house which appears will be a very long-term project.
