About Me

All songs and photos on this page are property of The J.A.M. Experiment (Jamie Kern, Amy Wyant, Mike Wyant). Nothing here is to be used without our express permission. © Copyright Jamie Kern, Mike Wyant, Amy Wyant, 2007.
The J.A.M. Experiment is a 3-person band (at least at the moment!) newly formed in 2006. Our music is influenced by bands in many different genres, from metal and goth rock to celtic and even video game soundtracks. The three members - Jamie Kern, Amy Wyant, and Mike Wyant - each come from completely different musical backgrounds and tastes. As a result, no two songs are alike and it's impossible to pin us down into a particular genre. We do not yet have a guitar player, so please feel free to imagine what the current samples might sound like with some electric guitar in there... especially "Wings of Ash." We intend to add to and improve the samples on this page with new recordings, so check back for changes.

Enjoy the clip! We know the sound quality is poor, but considering this came from an ordinary digital camera with a tiny built-in mic, I'm amazed it turned out this well! A huge thank-you to Sarah who made this possible!
