Earl also tours as a sideman for various artists, shows and events with entertainers such as the award winning soul/jazz group "Impromp2", "Frank McComb", Grammy winning gospel artist "BeBe Winans", "Stephanie Mills", "Phil Perry", "Jonathan Butler", newly signed Atlantic recording artist "HOPE" and performed on stage with "Usher", Hidden Beach artists "Jill Scott" & "Mike Phillips", "Prince", "Quest Love", "Seal" amongst many others, to sold-out venues in majors cities across the U.S. and abroad.

As a Producer/Writer Earl has produced and wrote the music for the actress/poetess Kim Fields' CD "Smooth is Spoken Here"(Featuring Najee) and several songs for the vocal artist Marva King (Prince, StevieWonder, Lionel Ritchie,etc.)...and of course his debut CD "Backseat" featuring the late-great trumpeter Mark Ledford (Pat Metheny, Bobby McFerrin,Mary J. Blige)

As a session guitarist Earl has recorded in the studio with great producers and artists such as Beyonce, Ciara, Kanye West, Trevor Horn (Cher, Tina Turner, Grace Jones, Seal). Earl produced a guitar arragement of "Open Arms" for producer Clive Davis that moved him to tears.

Earl has performed and written music for the theatrical production "What's on the hearts of men" starring and produced by TV & movie celebrity Malik Yoba and has toured with the theatrical tap show "TAP: Caution, Men at Work" And shared the stage with tap dance sensation Savion Glover.
