NICKYDEMUS BORN NICOLETTE WILSON in London ENGLAND.hertiage african/jamaican,family line of the maroons of portland jamaicia.grew up with my mother and grandma oldest of 4sibblings.I first started my musical journey . from my school days and sang in the school choir & church choir,then when i hit my teens.I begun break dancing because i love music & dance and studied playing music.The people who inspired me were arisrts such as SLIM SMITH,THE HEPTONES,BIG YOUTH,MAMA LIZA,MAMA NANCY, I-ROY,U-ROY,U-BROWN,AUGUSTUS PABLO,NICODEMUS,JUNIOR DEMUS.ALTON ELLIS,CAPLETON,CUTTY RANKS,HALF PINT.From my teens i started to take the music business seriously and as time went by i knew i was blessed with a musical gift with something to offer everyone.I started to move around people with the same love of music and began recording in d.b.c. studios ladbroke grove west london and worked longside arirsts such as clappers priest,tallyman shaka b fr st mary j.a,tippa don aka father don,rita marleys brother.I then moved on to do the london nottinghill carnival with my close friend Dee ellington.I also worked voulntarly at the avenues youth club working with de youths.Which led to doing a fashion show & drug prevention tour in france which myself &the youths performed in along side bigga morrisson &jazzwad,sweetie irie.I then moved on to start recording with the London ruff cutt band working with jazzwad,gravel t,fish fagan,tony philps .
