Peter 'Cwb" Mooka grew up in Tshwane Mabopane (South Africa). I started listening to House music from the late 80's. My father used to own a music band and as a result I developed passion for music. My 1st cassettes I bought where - Ten City and Inner City's Paradise. I then started buying 12" Vinyls when I was in High School with the savings I made from my lunch and entertainment allowens.I started DJying at parties & High School gigs. After High School I went to study Graphic Design and dropped out the same year to go on an internship course as an Art Director in Advertising. I did well in the Ad industry and won one of South Africa's prestigious Loerie Award for one of my TV ads. One of my Print ads was also a finalist @ Cannes Festival, New York Festival, Loerie Awards and Eagles Awards.My passion for music was still strong and I left Advertising after 8 years and started collecting necessary equipments and music programmes to start with the creation of music. I then met my business partner Arthur-John Bukenya aka AJ and convinced him to team up with me to start Seamless Music and he agreed. In 2006 Seamless Music got established and we released our 1st 12" Vinyl titled I'm an African. It sold over 1000 copies in 2 months worldwide.It sold mostly in Japan and was even voted as one of the best Deep House releases for 2006 at one of Japan's biggest Dance music outlets January 2007. And I’ve released my 1st full album/ CD also titled I'm an African, which was mainly inspired by issues regarding our African continent and the world as a whole. The album consists of 10 slamming tracks with an addition of an intro. It features the amazing talents of up and coming artists and musicians from South Africa. It’s a deep house album with elements of jazz in it. It’s a message cd with a touch of love and fun to it. The album got released March 2007 under Seamless Music, licensing under Universal Music. CDRBL 380.CWB is currently working on remixes for some of the worlds most prominent dance artists and producers.
