The two most important things in my life...my lovely wife and my daughter/cat Chloe...
Unfortunetly most of the people I would like to meet are no longer amongst the living.
Here is a tribute to WPIX NEW YORK CHANNEL 11'S
CHILLER THEATRE.
My favorite film is the 1971 Vincent Price classic THE ABOMINABLE DR. PHIBES so you can guess I'm someone who appreciates the Cinema of the Fantastic and a connoisseur of the Strange!!! Classic Universal Monsters, Horror of the 1930's and 1940's, Any thing w/ Vincent Price, Hammer Horror, Sci-fi of the A and B type...Z grade too, Mexican Monsters and Masked Wrestlers, Italian Horror and Giallo's especially those directed by Mario Bava and Dario Argento, American International Pictures, Ray Harryhausen's stop motion Creature Features, Amicus films, Japanese Toho Chillers and GIANT monsters, George Romero's Zombie epics, John Carpenter's films ( especially THE THING ), The films of David Cronenberg and Tim Burton, some modern sci-fi/horror but I tend not to like or I'm extremly dissapointed by films after 1996, German Krimi's, All types of Explotation Films, The Silents, Alfred Hitchcock, Film Noir, Russ Meyer - the rural Fellini - and his BUXOTIC BOSOMANIA BONANZAS, 1960's Spy Films, Abbott and Costello, The Marx Brothers, The Peter Seller's Pink Panther films, Mel Brooks, Kubrick's Dr. Strangelove, The In-Laws w/Peter Falk and Alan Arkin, Charlie Chan, Mr. Moto w/ Peter Lorre, The Thin Man, Sherlock Holmes w/Basil Rathbone, Comic Book Adaptations ( but I tend to get bored of some after awhile ), Feature Animation ( when it's good or PIXAR ), and pretty much whatever strikes me as entertaining or original...and original is becoming a difficult thing to find these days.

VINCENT PRICE : Best known as America's most beloved master of the macabre, who off camera was the antithesis of his spooky image. A witty down to earth midwesterner, he delighted in a wide variety of interests: an accomplished writer, cullinary and art expert - a modern day renaissance man who was a great inspiration and lesson in life.
