Cartoonist with thirty years in the comic book business. Notable credits include collaborations with Max Collins on "Ms. Tree," "Johnny Dynamite" and "Mickey Spillane's Mike Danger." For the past twelve years have been inking various "animated-style" Batman series for DC Comics -- the latest being "The Batman Strikes," working with fellow Twin Cities artist, Chris Jones. Also paint (covers for "Scary Monsters" magazine) and sculpt (see my terribly outdated website www.terrybeatty.com -- or my more up to date blog: www.terrybeatty.blogspot.com). Just finished a three and a half year stint teaching in the comic art program at MCAD (Minneapolis College of Art & Design).One grown daughter, Elizabeth -- grandson Dawson Cole Evans born April 13, 2007. Grandson #2, Tristin Cole Evans just born!
