I like a guy who is smart with good manners. Confident not cocky. He can’t take himself to seriously but he also has to know when to be serious. Has to have goals and the drive to met and exceed those goals. I have to feel comfortable and safe around them but also have a comfortable uneasiness about what I would let happen when they are around. Someone who can shut me up with out making me feel stupid. I want someone who I can argue with but not end up in a fight with. Someone with so much passion about something they care about that the energy they create is like electricity.
