I don't make music because I want to become rich , I make music because I love it; the love for the art is my motivation. I've been making music for over three years now rapidly progressing and I am only getting better. My main source of inspiration is from samples yet I utilize some live instrumentation. Though i play a few instruments I prefer to instruct live musicians to play my phrases because this gives me space to envision and compose the direction of the song. I strongly believe that no matter what you are trying to do, if you are persistent, and you put time and energy into it ,then you will achieve your goal. The music is first and the money is second this being said one of my goals is to be supported by the music; whenever that time may be. Besides producing tracks I am also an audio engineer. When I say Engineer I don't mean just click on the mouse and record I mean getting scientific with the sound. A lot of producers don't understand mixing concepts but when you decide to learn it, it will help your production because its all about sound manipulation. Mad props to all those engineers out there; it's a lot of work. Another interest of mine is movies. As you can see for yourself my scoring skills are up to par.(check the you tube clips) I am producing a seventy minute film and also scoring it. The synopsis of the film will be disclosed until a later time. The reason i love music and movies is because it is the number one way to communicate to people. Let's face it, especially in the IE, people learn what they know from pop culture, not books so the only way to fight fire is with fire.
I re-scored this scene from the movie (PI) as in 3.14 squared ) For this scene I used a few midi patches and a voltage control synthesizer.
I also re-scored a scene from Requiem for a Dream using a voltage control synthesizer and a couple of records.
