Though the members of the Back Home Band make up a very diverse group of individuals, each one of them can claim over thirty years of professional experience that is now part of the band. Led by Patrick Foreman and David John Herrera, they are able to reach a broad spectrum of styles. Patrick's signature vocals and bass work on tunes written by Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings give the band a classic country feel that is always well received. David's soulful guitar work (along with his vocals) keeps the show moving to a great dance beat. The newest edition of Richard Celsi on harmonica has brought in a rich melody to fill out the repotoire with a harmony laden sound. And the incomparable rhythm section of Ed Burgos (guitar) and Tony DiGirolamo (drums) completes the backbone of this hard working quintet.
Along with the original tunes on this page, Back Home plays a large mix of classic country tunes featuring songs from such artists as Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Merle Haggard. They also play a host of rythym & blues tunes ranging from Jimmy Reed to Wilson Pickett, and the Allman Bros. to Stevie Ray Vaughn. Throw in some old school rock & roll with tunes from Elvis Presley to Eddie Cochran, and the evening usally feels like a good ole' visit "Back Home".
